The output value brought from Textile industry occupy 14% India GDP. In India, the textile industry ranks the second industry in promoting employment, merely after agriculture. The Indian textile has its own advantages and characteristics in the cotton, jute and silk and other natural fiber, large knitting production, low human recourse cost, sufficient supply as well as knowing market; on the other hand, small factory, poor infrastructure, high capital cost, lacking money to update technology and devices constitute those main disadvantages of Indian textile. Besides encouraging to update textile technology, government plans to take actions towards 100 textile factories including close parts of factories which lacks completion in this industry.

Due to the intense competition, in order to expand their economic scale and occupy the market, recently more and more telecom companies are carrying out merge and cooperation between each other.
