The Chinese government advocates peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit. It promotes practical cooperation in all fields, and works to build a community of shared interests, destiny and responsibility featuring mutual political trust, economic integration and cultural inclusiveness. “一帶一路”貫穿亞歐非大陸，一頭是活躍的東亞經濟圈，一頭是發達的歐洲經濟圈，中間廣大腹地國家經濟發展潛力巨大。絲綢之路經濟帶重點暢通中國經中亞、俄羅斯至歐洲（波羅的海）；中國經中亞、西亞至波斯灣、地中海；中國至東南亞、南亞、印度洋。21世紀海上絲綢之路重點方向是從中國沿海港口過南海到印度洋，延伸至歐洲；從中國沿海港口過南海到南太平洋。 The Belt and Road run through the continents of Asia, Europe and Africa, connecting the vibrant East Asia economic circle at one end and developed European economic circle at the other, and encompassing countries with huge potential for economic development. The Silk Road Economic Belt focuses on bringing together China, Central Asia, Russia and Europe (the Baltic); linking China with the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean Sea through Central Asia and West Asia; and connecting China with Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Indian Ocean. The 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road is designed to go from China’s coast to Europe through the South China Sea and the Indian Ocean in one route, and from China’s coast through the South China Sea to the South Pacific in the other. 根據“一帶一路”走向，陸上依託國際大通道，以沿線中心城市為支撐，以重點經貿產業園區為合作平臺，共同打造新亞歐大陸橋、中蒙俄、中國－中亞－西亞、中國－中南半島等國際經濟合作走廊；海上以重點港口為節點，共同建設通暢安全高效的運輸大通道。中巴、孟中印緬兩個經濟走廊與推進“一帶一路”建設關聯緊密，要進一步推動合作，取得更大進展。 On land, the Initiative will focus on jointly building a new EurasianLand Bridge and developing China-Mongolia-Russia, China-Central Asia-West Asiaand China-Indochina Peninsula economic corridors by taking advantage ofinternational transport routes, relying on core cities along the Belt and Roadand using key economic industrial parks as cooperation platforms. At sea, the Initiativewill focus on jointly building smooth, secure and efficient transport routesconnecting major sea ports along the Belt and Road. The China-Pakistan EconomicCorridor and the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor are closelyrelated to the Belt and Road Initiative, and therefore require closercooperation and greater progress. “一帶一路”建設是沿線各國開放合作的宏大經濟願景，需各國攜手努力，朝著互利互惠、共同安全的目標相向而行。努力實現區域基礎設施更加完善，安全高效的陸海空通道網路基本形成，互聯互通達到新水準；投資貿易便利化水準進一步提升，高標準自由貿易區網路基本形成，經濟聯繫更加緊密，政治互信更加深入；人文交流更加廣泛深入，不同文明互鑒共榮，各國人民相知相交、和平友好。 The Initiative is an ambitious economic vision of the opening-up of and cooperation among the countries along the Belt and Road. Countries should work in concert and move toward the objectives of mutual benefit and common security.
